SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders are processed within 3 - 7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
Processing is printing and packaging the product so they are ready to ship out.
Orders submitted prior to 2 P.M US ET will begin processing the same business day.
Orders submitted after 2 P.M. US ET will begin processing the next business day.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
U.S.A Orders:
Standard Shipping 3 - 5 Working days after fulfillment.
Canada and U.K Orders:
Standard shipping 4 - 10 working days after fulfillment.
International Orders:
Estimated delivery for International orders is normally around 7 - 15 working days from the day of the fulfillment ** In Certain situations International orders can take up to 3 - 4 weeks to arrive once shipped depending on your countries customs policy. International orders tracking details is only available until it leaves U.S , Canada or U.K. Once your package leaves the following countries tracking information will not be available. Please make sure you fill out all the shipping information properly to avoid any delays in shipping times.
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
-We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, new condition items within 30 days of receiving your original order, having been notified within 15 days of receiving your item.
-When exchanging an item, we will wait to receive your return, and will exchange it based on the details you provided in your RETURN & EXCHANGE EMAIL. Please be descriptive, including design, size, and product type.
-If the exchange costs more than the original order we will send you an invoice to complete the transaction. If it costs less, we will refund your card the difference.
