SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Business days are Mon-Friday excluding holidays. Processing is pulling and packaging the products so they are ready to ship out

  • .Orders submitted prior to 2 p.m. ET will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders received after 2 p.m. ET will begin processing the next business day.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

  • US Orders: Standard Shipping 3-5 Business days after fulfillment 
  • UK and Canada Orders: Standard Shipping 4 - 10 Business days after fulfillment
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time for  International order varies normally 10-15 business days after fulfillment

    **In Certain situations International orders can take up to 4-5 weeks to arrive once shipped depending on your countries customs policy. For First class International packages the tracking number is only available until it leaves U.S, Once your package leaves U.S package tracking will not be available.***

    Please make sure you fill out all the shipping information properly to avoid any delays in shipping times.


    CUSTOM FEES

    All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
